Simon goes in search of online investment trends in 2021. For example, crypto currencies are going up by leaps and bounds, there are numerous apps available with which to trade and we look at the forecast for both stocks and various crypto currencies.
If you are interested in investing in shares, the possibilities are endless. It’s a good idea to base your choices for particular shares on data. Or to have a gift for predicting the future. It’s almost impossible to predict how the stock market will perform either this year or next year.

Trend 1: The rising stock market
One point of discussion is the current stock market. There are experts who argue that now is a very bad time to buy shares, because prices will eventually fall sharply in the coming months. On the other hand, there are also experts who say that the market will rise again because a lot of money is still being printed by various countries.
If you want to invest in shares or ETFs now, the experts are in agreement about the strategy to follow: buy and hold! You actually make a deal with yourself to simply buy the shares and then do nothing for a considerable period of time. We assume that you are investing for the long term in any case. Trend 2: Apps for trading
An important trend is the availability of apps for trading and investing. It was inevitable that apps would become available on this scale, because people do everything on their phones these days. And that includes trading.
The apps themselves are becoming increasingly user-friendly, thus making trading more and more accessible.
